The Postcard Exchange 2015-2016

It's back! The Postcard Exchange has returned! Students have the opportunity to learn about the United States of America while collaborating with peers around the country rather than research the information. The road trip from the comfort of our classroom takes us to 49 other classrooms to connect through a postcard exchange. The anticipation built as we received postcards to develop a United States Map of Postcards bulletin board.

This year, the project has grown from 4 group that had about 40 educators in the first group to complete it to 50 groups that have 2 complete groups before August 1! Would you like to get involved? Visit http://thepostcardexchange.wikispaces.com/ for more information and sign-up links.

Some of the states in high demand include:
Alaska
Connecticut
Delaware
Hawaii
Idaho
North Dakota
Rhode Island
South Dakota
Vermont
Wyoming

Collaborate with other classrooms in The Postcard Exchange!
